💇♂️I took a chance and got my hair highlighted and toned here for the first time, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the results! The hairdresser was incredibly polite and friendly, despite my sometimes difficult behaviour as a customer. The welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, and top-notch service really impressed me. I also got my nails done, and the quality of service was exceptional, especially considering the reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place for their professionalism and customer-centric approach! Absolutely fantastic experience. Wasn't planning on getting a haircut today, but noticed a sign for walk-ins and thought, 'why not?' Best decision I've made in a while. Exceptional customer service and Ruby, the trainee who styled my hair, was outstanding. A senior hairdresser/tutor supervised, but minimal adjustments were needed. Thrilled with the outcome and can't believe it only cost £15 - feel like a million pounds! Many thanks to all. I must mention that I returned three days later for a full colour and a subtle pink streak (total cost £65). Tilly, the student hairdresser, did an exceptional job and I couldn't be happier! The students at this academy are excellently mentored; a superb learning environment. Also, kudos to everyone for top-notch customer service. I recently underwent a skin tag removal procedure on my underarm. I must say, the service provided by Michael was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the process and post-treatment care. The removal itself was swift and relatively painless, just a brief sensation of heat. It required two attempts to completely remove the tag, but the second try was successful. This hair salon is truly top-notch! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home and had a delightful time chatting with everyone, including fellow customers, as I got my hair done. The cut and colour I received are absolutely stunning. I came in with long, thick, damaged hair with remnants of an old dye job, but the talented stylist managed to transform it into a beautiful, fresh look.
