Absolutely fantastic experience. Wasn't planning on getting a haircut today, but noticed a sign for walk-ins and thought, 'why not?' Best decision I've made in a while. Exceptional customer service and Ruby, the trainee who styled my hair, was outstanding. A senior hairdresser/tutor supervised, but minimal adjustments were needed. Thrilled with the outcome and can't believe it only cost £15 - feel like a million pounds! Many thanks to all. I must mention that I returned three days later for a full colour and a subtle pink streak (total cost £65). Tilly, the student hairdresser, did an exceptional job and I couldn't be happier! The students at this academy are excellently mentored; a superb learning environment. Also, kudos to everyone for top-notch customer service. Visited this establishment with my 3-year-old today and had a fantastic experience with Darren. He made my child feel comfortable and gave him a lovely haircut.
