I am utterly impressed by the lavender sanctuary, the design, the professionalism, the ambiance, everything was flawless and the whole establishment operates seamlessly (a rare find these days).
The post-treatment relaxation area is the perfect way to conclude a session.
I genuinely did not want to depart.

A male manager with grey hair is an utter fool. I won't return to this branch after today, his condescending and insulting attitude is appalling. Your company seems incapable of training staff in basic customer service with a good attitude. I'm new to the Argos card system, had my card but forgot ID. He chose to publicly humiliate me, insinuating I stole someone's card. I understand my mistake, but I deserved respect and a private explanation, not a scene. I work full time and have limited shopping time. I demand personal contact from Argos for a formal complaint.
