AVOID ELLIE FOR YOUR HAIR! STAFF FILMED MY FAMILY! Overcharged for olaplex and toner (£32 extra) without consent, she added it without informing me and didn’t confirm if I wanted it, also a £10 deposit was taken for the BALAYAGE. I specifically requested a balayage priced at £68 on her list and ended up paying a total of £100. I'm 16 years old and she swindled me out of £42, APPALLING behavior, she even walked away when I confronted her about the THEFT. Moreover, she didn't even style my hair properly. I showed her an ashy picture and she only used a few foils and imposed additional charges.
