They are incredibly patient and wonderful with him, especially as he sometimes struggles with sensory issues. Abigail always takes the time to explain each step and goes at his pace, making the experience enjoyable by coming up with fun names for different hair styling techniques. We've recently embarked on the mullet journey, and Abigail is always enthusiastic about trying new styles with his hair. AVOID ELLIE FOR YOUR HAIR! STAFF FILMED MY FAMILY! Overcharged for olaplex and toner (£32 extra) without consent, she added it without informing me and didn’t confirm if I wanted it, also a £10 deposit was taken for the BALAYAGE. I specifically requested a balayage priced at £68 on her list and ended up paying a total of £100. I'm 16 years old and she swindled me out of £42, APPALLING behavior, she even walked away when I confronted her about the THEFT. Moreover, she didn't even style my hair properly. I showed her an ashy picture and she only used a few foils and imposed additional charges. I strongly advise against visiting this place!! If it were possible, I would give it 0 stars. I had to pay another tattoo artist to cover up the botched work done here. The owner, Tim, is unprofessional and impolite. He mishandled the needle, causing it to dig into my skin like a hook, resulting in uneven lines and scars on my back. The tattoo was also done too deeply, leaving permanent damage. After consulting a reliable tattooist, I am furious that Tim is allowed to continue working in this field. Choose your tattoo artist wisely, as the consequences are lifelong. Even considering laser removal, I would still be left with raised scars from his careless work. The pain I endured was excruciating, and only now, after the cover-up, do I realize how it should have felt.
