For my weave needs, there's nowhere else I'd rather go. Laura's skills are top-notch, and her salon exudes a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The attached photo is from May 2022 when I first got my weave done, and I return to Laura every 6-8 weeks for maintenance. I am absolutely delighted with my hair colour done twice. The entire team, both senior and junior members, work cohesively together creating a pleasant atmosphere in the salon. The cleanliness and tidiness of the salon were maintained by the junior staff, who also offered me tea. At 53 years old, I can honestly say that I just received the best haircut of my life. I walked in with frizzy, wispy hair and left feeling like myself again, a feeling I thought was unattainable. I was diagnosed with Crohn's about 7 years ago. And between the condition itself causing joint and muscle problems, the treatment of steroids also has it's drawbacks. More so with fluid retention.

I had hoped for a styled and slightly trimmed hair, but ended up with an extremely short pixie cut. This was my second visit. The first time was great, I loved my initial haircut. However, this second appointment has left me unable to show my hair anywhere. My hair wasn't even wet when it was cut, I looked away for a moment and suddenly all my hair was on the floor.
