Have been visiting Sam since the first lockdown & wanted to leave a review, as the efforts made by Ellie & Sam through these challenging times has been amazing. Losing their usual treatment space, they quickly found an alternative & created a wonderfully nice, clean, warm & relaxing space for your treatments. I visit for gel nails & waxing normally but I treated myself to a facial & gel nails pre-Christmas & couldn't be happier.
Adored the dermologica range of products that were used.
I also purchased gift vouchers for a friend, which were beautifully wrapped. Encourage others to visit them & support local talent! I had my hair restyled by Grace this weekend and I absolutely adore it! I was a tad nervous about visiting the salon as I’m new to the area and it’s my first solo outing after undergoing significant surgery last year. However, Grace was incredibly welcoming, talkative, and attentive. She understood exactly what I wanted based on my description. It was a delightful experience, and I am eagerly anticipating my next visit for a recolour. I was surprised to learn that it was only Grace’s second day! She appears to be a natural fit for the salon. To get to Mewies & Co at 61 Leicester Rd, Mountsorrel, Leicester LE12 7AJ by public transport, take the number 126 bus from Leicester city centre and alight at Mountsorrel Co-op, then walk approximately 4 minutes to the salon. If driving, head towards Leicester Rd from the A6, turn onto Willow Rd, then take a left onto Leicester Rd where you will find the salon after about 1 minute.
