Booked a spa day for myself and my partner, inclusive of all facilities. However, after our massage, we were abruptly asked to leave the facilities, with the reception claiming we had only booked a treatment. We were even offered access to the pool for an additional £40. Upon checking online later, we discovered that we had indeed paid for full facility usage. This mishap significantly dampened our planned day. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation through phone calls and emails, the customer service team has been unhelpful, deflecting blame between departments. William from customer service left a voicemail without a contact number, promising written follow-up which never materialized. I've always had positive experiences at Mars until today! I requested biab removal and ombre French, but the technician assumed my nails were acrylic and cut them short! Unfortunately, I only noticed after it was too late. I ended up with a gel French manicure that, upon closer inspection at home, was poorly filed and finished. To top it off, I was charged £39, which felt a bit cheeky.
