This marks my second visit to Diamond Nails, once for a pedicure and the other for nail work. Both experiences were outstanding! It truly was one of the finest pedicures I've had in a long time! Every detail was meticulously attended to, and I couldn't fault it at all. Booked a spa day for myself and my partner, inclusive of all facilities. However, after our massage, we were abruptly asked to leave the facilities, with the reception claiming we had only booked a treatment. We were even offered access to the pool for an additional £40. Upon checking online later, we discovered that we had indeed paid for full facility usage. This mishap significantly dampened our planned day. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation through phone calls and emails, the customer service team has been unhelpful, deflecting blame between departments. William from customer service left a voicemail without a contact number, promising written follow-up which never materialized.
