I had made reservations weeks in advance for a pedicure for myself and my mother. At the last minute, I requested to reschedule both appointments to a later time. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that one booking remained at the original time and another at the revised time, contrary to my request. The receptionist was impolite and offered no solutions or empathy for the mix-up, which was disappointing given my previous positive experiences. My son, aged 11, wanted a haircut before starting high school. His hair was very long, and he decided to donate it to charity. Despite feeling nervous, I recommended Claire, who also cuts my hair. Claire made him feel comfortable, shared laughs with him, and did an amazing job (as I expected). He left the salon extremely happy, and I sent his hair off to charity.
