Utterly disgraceful customer service from the individual who works here. You really need to reconsider your staff; he was mean and very rude. I pointed out that he missed the sides and his response was he’d cut them off and I could go elsewhere; he then struggled to remove the gel. He wanted to charge me £45 for the mess, then only charged £20. I’ve never felt so irritated and upset after getting my nails done. No wonder they only take walk-ins, absolutely disrespectful and rude. Absolutely exceptional service, I will always remember when I first visited this hair salon. In a right panic because my original hairdresser wasn't open the day I booked the appointment for. But anyway, I rushed in and panicked because I had a wedding to attend. And they saw me right away. I haven't strayed from this hair salon because the ladies are exceptionally friendly and caring. They always enjoy a good chat with you while you have your hair done. And they give superb haircuts. Again, thank you xXx

Under Sophie's expert hands, I underwent a complete colour transformation, and the experience was phenomenal! She created a welcoming atmosphere, and I left with a stunning red-blonde hue after just one session. My hair feels and looks significantly healthier, and the condition is top-notch! Additionally, I had a brow wax and tint, as well as a lash tint by the apprentice ffion, and the results were flawless! I will definitely return for more.

Never visited a nail salon where I left and couldn't wait to return, until now. Scottish nails are top-notch. The manicurist who worked on my nails was incredibly gentle and paid close attention to detail. It only took her under an hour to do my biab infills, which was impressive as it usually takes much longer. I left feeling delighted and now this is my go-to spot. Thank you!

RHIA COLE is the owner of BLISS UNISEX hair salon in Cilma. My hair was coloured by a 15 year old and cut by Rhia. Unfortunately, a huge chunk was cut out of the back of my hair. Rhia offered to fix it for free, but I chose to go to another salon for extensions and a colour match, costing £160. Rhia refunded me for the ruined cut but later refused to pay for the fix, blocking me on Facebook.
