Just encountered the most dreadful service at Veronica's Salon with an individual claiming 40 years of experience! Without even offering a consultation, he declined to do highlights and lowlights, citing inability, and refused to apply a toner. I've had the same treatments from hairstylists everywhere without issue. After a half-hour journey and taking a day off work, it's incredibly disheartening. Furthermore, he was incredibly impolite and curt. I strongly advise AGAINST SETTING FOOT IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT. Experience means nothing if you can't deliver.About
