I had my hair styled and was warmly welcomed by the ladies. My hair was in poor condition, but after showing a picture of the desired style, it was cut exactly as I wanted for the first time in ages. I was delighted. The only downside is that I reside in Twickenham, but it gives me two good reasons to return - to see family and get my hair done. Thank you, ladies. Regards, Evelyn x

I had scheduled an appointment with Alex and went in last week for a cut, colour, and style. Alex was so welcoming and really grasped what I wanted. My hair looks and feels the best it has in years and I can’t wait to return for a touch-up!! Would 100% recommend. No stars from me (had to click a star to post). Scheduled an appointment at eleven this week, no issue, they texted me yesterday to reschedule, I agreed. After selecting this place over 5 others for my weekend eyelash appointment for a wedding, they cancel 2 hours before I'm set to go, now I'm left with nothing... can't treat people like this. If you weren't sure, you should've said when I booked. Poor customer service. A shame, as I would've been a repeat customer!!
