Today I had my hair cut but unfortunately, it was not what I asked for. I requested a shorter length and layers to be added, which were not done. The cut, wash, and blow dry I received were subpar. There was no effort made with hairspray or styling. The hairdresser seemed more interested in the happenings on the high street than ensuring my haircut was done correctly. I couldn't reach them by phone or email, so I reached out via Instagram. The individual seemed pleasant and assured me they would dispatch it, but a week passed with no delivery. I messaged again and received no reply, yet the Instagram account continued to post stories. I had to escalate the issue with PayPal, but I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!
