My lips were dissolved and reworked from scratch, and even when they were not entirely satisfied with the initial result, they took the time to rectify it until it was perfect. Additionally, I underwent tear trough filler treatment with Kellie, which completely revitalized my eyes and overall facial appearance. The final outcomes have been outstanding, and their customer service has been unparalleled. If I could give a higher rating I would! From the first phone call to inquire about my wax to the wax itself, it was flawless. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very informative and answered any questions I had (first time waxer) while putting me at ease the whole time. When I arrived at the shop it was absolutely stunning with beautiful gift items to browse while I waited to be checked in. The staff at the front desk were not intimidating at all, I was made to feel completely welcome right from the start. Charlotte then escorted me and took me upstairs to an incredibly clean, calming room and explained what I needed to do to prepare. She was so kind and friendly, and any nerves I had quickly faded away. The wax itself was much less painful than when I had attempted it myself and it was done in no time. Charlotte chatted with me throughout, which helped me relax. I cannot recommend the shop and especially Charlotte enough. If you have been thinking about getting intimate waxing done but have been too scared, please give them a try. You will not regret it! Regrettably, encountered two poor instances, firstly my nails didn't set and were easily dented/cut like play-doh?! Luckily, they rectified them. Later, they chipped again (only 2 days after getting them done they chipped!) I've had my nails done many times before and this has never happened to me.
