For the price, it's truly excellent. The ambiance in the waiting area is delightful, although the treatment rooms can be a tad chilly at times. The students are generally very skilled, and even when you encounter one who may be a bit hesitant or nervous, it's completely understandable - they're still honing their craft! I highly recommend indulging in a treatment or two and then enjoying a meal at the Chefs Academy. The views are simply lovely.

Got my septum pierced by Jade over a week ago. She was lovely, thorough, and made me feel at ease by explaining everything. The piercing was quick and relatively painless, I'd rate it 3/10 for discomfort. If you're looking for a top-notch place, I highly recommend Pure Ink. Went in for acrylic nail removal, and the technician attempted to pick off the acrylic without wearing gloves, using his dirty fingernails. This is absolutely unacceptable. Some acrylic residue was left on my nails, leaving them scratched. If I could give a higher rating I would! From the first phone call to inquire about my wax to the wax itself, it was flawless. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very informative and answered any questions I had (first time waxer) while putting me at ease the whole time. When I arrived at the shop it was absolutely stunning with beautiful gift items to browse while I waited to be checked in. The staff at the front desk were not intimidating at all, I was made to feel completely welcome right from the start. Charlotte then escorted me and took me upstairs to an incredibly clean, calming room and explained what I needed to do to prepare. She was so kind and friendly, and any nerves I had quickly faded away. The wax itself was much less painful than when I had attempted it myself and it was done in no time. Charlotte chatted with me throughout, which helped me relax. I cannot recommend the shop and especially Charlotte enough. If you have been thinking about getting intimate waxing done but have been too scared, please give them a try. You will not regret it!
