It's clear the staff knew exactly what they were doing; they had a brief feel of my ear before my conch piercing and immediately knew which points to be avoiding to prevent any additional pain or healing. Very reasonable price and was in and out in 10 minutes having just walked in off the street. I was also provided with thorough aftercare instructions and have no doubt that if I were to have issues I could pop in or call and they'd do their absolute best to help.About

Great experience, although I wish there had been an option to choose the intensity of the massage. I ended up receiving a much stronger massage than my partner (basically got pummeled as a big guy haha), but once I asked the therapist to ease up a bit, it was fantastic. I think she assumed that as a big guy, I could handle more pain, but that's not the case!
