Highly recommend Kellie! I was referred by someone to this establishment and they did not disappoint. They are exceptionally professional and ensure you achieve your desired outcome. My lips were dissolved and reworked from scratch, and even when they were not entirely satisfied with the initial result, they took the time to rectify it until it was perfect. Additionally, I underwent tear trough filler treatment with Kellie, which completely revitalized my eyes and overall facial appearance. The final outcomes have been outstanding, and their customer service has been unparalleled. Regrettably, encountered two poor instances, firstly my nails didn't set and were easily dented/cut like play-doh?! Luckily, they rectified them. Later, they chipped again (only 2 days after getting them done they chipped!) I've had my nails done many times before and this has never happened to me. Sadly, a considerable amount of money was spent on this and I feel it was a waste. Great experience, although I wish there had been an option to choose the intensity of the massage. I ended up receiving a much stronger massage than my partner (basically got pummeled as a big guy haha), but once I asked the therapist to ease up a bit, it was fantastic. I think she assumed that as a big guy, I could handle more pain, but that's not the case!
