Regrettably, encountered two poor instances, firstly my nails didn't set and were easily dented/cut like play-doh?! Luckily, they rectified them. Later, they chipped again (only 2 days after getting them done they chipped!) I've had my nails done many times before and this has never happened to me. Sadly, a considerable amount of money was spent on this and I feel it was a waste. Had a truly delightful experience recently when visiting this massage parlour. I went with my partner for a couples massage and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The massage itself was exceptional. The staff were outstanding and incredibly welcoming. The establishment is impeccably clean and has a serene ambiance, plus there is a promotion for a complimentary stone massage when you reach a certain spending threshold. Great experience, although I wish there had been an option to choose the intensity of the massage. I ended up receiving a much stronger massage than my partner (basically got pummeled as a big guy haha), but once I asked the therapist to ease up a bit, it was fantastic. I think she assumed that as a big guy, I could handle more pain, but that's not the case! I had a massage there yesterday and I can honestly say it was the poorest massage I've ever experienced. When asked about the pressure I preferred - soft, medium, or hard - I chose medium, but it felt like someone was just spreading cream on my back, no actual massage pressure at all. There were numerous distractions, from the therapist leaving the room to attend to another client who arrived, to checking her mobile phone, constant loud notifications, and monitoring the CCTV screen in the room. In my opinion, she seemed to be the owner with no massage experience, lacking any technique at all. It appeared there were no other staff available to perform the massage, so instead of turning me away, she did it herself.
