Highly recommend Kellie! I was referred by someone to this establishment and they did not disappoint. They are exceptionally professional and ensure you achieve your desired outcome. My lips were dissolved and reworked from scratch, and even when they were not entirely satisfied with the initial result, they took the time to rectify it until it was perfect. Additionally, I underwent tear trough filler treatment with Kellie, which completely revitalized my eyes and overall facial appearance. The final outcomes have been outstanding, and their customer service has been unparalleled. If I could give a higher rating I would! From the first phone call to inquire about my wax to the wax itself, it was flawless. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very informative and answered any questions I had (first time waxer) while putting me at ease the whole time. When I arrived at the shop it was absolutely stunning with beautiful gift items to browse while I waited to be checked in. The staff at the front desk were not intimidating at all, I was made to feel completely welcome right from the start. Charlotte then escorted me and took me upstairs to an incredibly clean, calming room and explained what I needed to do to prepare. She was so kind and friendly, and any nerves I had quickly faded away. The wax itself was much less painful than when I had attempted it myself and it was done in no time. Charlotte chatted with me throughout, which helped me relax. I cannot recommend the shop and especially Charlotte enough. If you have been thinking about getting intimate waxing done but have been too scared, please give them a try. You will not regret it! Absolutely fantastic spa. I can't sing their praises enough. The head massage was truly wonderful, and the ethos of the establishment shines through in every aspect. I was welcomed with a refreshing drink, and the employees were attentive and polite. The therapy rooms and reception area have comfortable seating. The entire place exudes a deep sense of tranquillity, with a visual appeal that enhances the experience.

Regrettably, encountered two poor instances, firstly my nails didn't set and were easily dented/cut like play-doh?! Luckily, they rectified them. Later, they chipped again (only 2 days after getting them done they chipped!) I've had my nails done many times before and this has never happened to me. Sadly, a considerable amount of money was spent on this and I feel it was a waste. Great experience, although I wish there had been an option to choose the intensity of the massage. I ended up receiving a much stronger massage than my partner (basically got pummeled as a big guy haha), but once I asked the therapist to ease up a bit, it was fantastic. I think she assumed that as a big guy, I could handle more pain, but that's not the case!
