I had a 'learn your own face' session today with Oliver and I honestly never thought I'd enjoy applying make up as much. Oliver is attentive, kind and personable. He is so patient and bubbly, he really puts you at ease. I'm not that confident at applying make up but Oliver made me feel so comfortable and like no question was stupid. I've been a loyal customer of this salon for years and have always found the staff to be accommodating and friendly. However, I recently discovered that they no longer offer the treatment I usually get. During my last visit, I paid over £80 for a partial haircut and was told I could come back for a trim anytime. Very disappointing after all these years as a regular customer.
