I would rate 0 Rather than 1 .no customer service she was not happy when I walked in to shop . I just went for the full arm waxing she had done on the front area itself I need to remove my jumper and she had my waxing there itself I don't have any issue but I felt it was not the right thing to do . Sam's nail salon is top-notch! As soon as I stepped inside, I felt like I was in for a treat. Both Alex and Jordan greeted me warmly, offering a drink and making me feel completely at ease. However, I recently discovered that they no longer offer the treatment I usually get. During my last visit, I paid over £80 for a partial haircut and was told I could come back for a trim anytime. Very disappointing after all these years as a regular customer. I had a 'learn your own face' session today with Oliver and I honestly never thought I'd enjoy applying make up as much. Oliver is attentive, kind and personable.
