I've been a loyal customer of this salon for years and have always found the staff to be accommodating and friendly. However, I recently discovered that they no longer offer the treatment I usually get. During my last visit, I paid over £80 for a partial haircut and was told I could come back for a trim anytime. Very disappointing after all these years as a regular customer. I would rate 0 Rather than 1 .no customer service she was not happy when I walked in to shop . I just went for the full arm waxing she had done on the front area itself I need to remove my jumper and she had my waxing there itself I don't have any issue but I felt it was not the right thing to do . I brought my son in for the first time last week. He has autism. He despises getting his hair styled. We entered into a delightful, calming atmosphere. Very pristine and lovely. He sat engrossed in his phone the entire time without a single complaint. Dutch was patient and exceptional with him. We will never go elsewhere now. Took my 11 month old son to get his ears pierced here. Fantastic experience. The person was incredibly patient, waiting for him to calm down before piercing the other ear. Great value for money, would definitely suggest! Staff were lovely and welcoming.
