Max has just given me a complete set of highlights after a year of avoiding dye. He has executed the task with such finesse, showcasing his exceptional skills as a colourist and stylist. I had a 'learn your own face' session today with Oliver and I honestly never thought I'd enjoy applying make up as much. Oliver is attentive, kind and personable. He is so patient and bubbly, he really puts you at ease. I'm not that confident at applying make up but Oliver made me feel so comfortable and like no question was stupid. Whether it's with Harper or Sienna, they excel at their craft and are incredibly personable. Charlie also treated me to a rejuvenating facial and recommended some skincare products that have worked wonders for me.
