I first visited Alex for a massage after running a half marathon. I didn’t have any specific concerns but was feeling a little achy. I was really impressed by the time taken by Alex to chat to me beforehand and find out what I was looking for and also explain what they would do.
The massage felt amazing and I became a regular client. A couple of times I had specific issues and Alex used a myofascial technique which made a huge difference to my painful shoulder. A visit to Alex was also a great help for my mental health as I have a busy life with two young children.
