Arrived for my appointment, Nicola never appeared, tattoo artists mentioned this wasn't the first time. Ignored calls, even from salon staff. Messaged later, still no response weeks later. Nicola active on social media but fails to reply. Highly unprofessional, common occurrence based on reviews. Cancelled another appointment after speaking to Nicola in person, she suggested I come to her, booked me in, then didn't show up despite confirming the appointment the day before. She went above and beyond to help me relax and is extremely meticulous with hygiene. I have never felt so secure, particularly during a pandemic.
