Very poor customer service.
Not worth it would recommend trying another place. They finished the massage before the 1hr…let’s say 5 minutes before the time and state it’s because they have a customer coming. Felt discriminated against too. My slippers were taken by another customer as I was asked to change my shoes when coming in. They were once excellent, but now they do not meet expectations. Charging £20 for a haircut is excessively high, especially considering there are more affordable and better options in the area. They used to be my preferred choice in 2022-2023, but I have since moved on due to the lack of quality and affordability. Hopefully, they will improve over time. I genuinely enjoyed their services. They take a long time and engage in conversations with others while cutting your hair, which is not very respectful. I am absolutely astounded by the level of craftsmanship and expertise displayed by George (bingo pijama) in the United Kingdom. He made my first tattoo experience incredibly smooth. Despite my fear of needles, he managed to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Additionally, the pricing was reasonable. I am so delighted with his work that I have already decided to get another tattoo from him. I am confident that he will surpass himself once again. I am thrilled to have found such a talented and pleasant individual to work with.
