Alex has been my lash lady for about a year now! She is so gentle and inviting! I have had both hybrid lashes and classic lashes done by her and I have been astounded by the end result every time! I had previously visited the salon when Riley did Reflexology and scar release tissue treatment for me which worked wonders after years of back pain, they are a wizard with magical touch.
I then began seeing Alex for nails and eyebrows, they are truly exceptional, to the point where I keep adding more treatments, but today was my first experience with Jamie and Charlie for cut and colour and I regret not trying it sooner. I absolutely adore the results, the colour is stunning and the cut is exactly what I wanted.

After a five-hour drive to Norwich to visit a friend, I was feeling exhausted. Upon arrival without a booking, we found the place bustling with activity. A lovely lady escorted us to the waiting area and served us two delightful cups of coffee. Ten minutes later, we commenced our one-hour massage. During the session, the therapist mentioned that I would have a restful sleep that night. Surprisingly, I did indeed sleep soundly, despite struggling with insomnia for quite some time. I am especially grateful to the masseuse for this. My friend also thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We believe they truly deserve a five-star rating. We had a thorough discussion about my options, and Alex promptly booked me in for the procedure. They made sure I felt comfortable, checked my satisfaction with the placement as I was quite nervous. After it was done, Alex provided detailed instructions on aftercare. Three months later, it's completely healed, and I absolutely adore it.
