Tara is absolutely fantastic as a yoga instructor! I've tried a few others before, but she stands out as the best. Her easy-going nature, patience, and understanding create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in her classes, which is especially reassuring for beginners. Even in a group setting, Tara always makes sure to provide individual attention and assistance. I also had a one-on-one session with her, which was incredibly enjoyable!

I've been using extensions to achieve the desired length as I previously struggled with hair loss, bald spots, and thinning hair. After a five-hour drive to Norwich to visit a friend, I was feeling exhausted. Upon arrival without a booking, we found the place bustling with activity. A lovely lady escorted us to the waiting area and served us two delightful cups of coffee. Ten minutes later, we commenced our one-hour massage. During the session, the therapist mentioned that I would have a restful sleep that night. Surprisingly, I did indeed sleep soundly, despite struggling with insomnia for quite some time. I am especially grateful to the masseuse for this. My friend also thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We believe they truly deserve a five-star rating. I scheduled an appointment with Alex to discuss getting my industrial pierced as I was concerned about having the correct anatomy. We had a thorough discussion about my options, and Alex promptly booked me in for the procedure. They made sure I felt comfortable, checked my satisfaction with the placement as I was quite nervous. After it was done, Alex provided detailed instructions on aftercare. Three months later, it's completely healed, and I absolutely adore it. Alex is fantastic, incredibly friendly, and highly professional. I'll definitely return for more piercings! 🥰
