This was my premier visit and it was by far the most gentle eyebrow threading experience I have ever encountered. Alisha spent a full 30 minutes shaping my eyebrows and it was exactly what I desired. I requested a 30-minute hot stone massage. The therapist did not use hot stones. The pressure was excessively firm. Despite my repeated requests for a gentler touch, it persisted, leading to swelling and bruising on my spine and between my shoulders. The lump on the top of my spine from the pressure is visible. I am experiencing so much discomfort that I haven't been able to wear a bra for 48 hours.
