You always have to book in advance, and they give your bed away if you're even a minute late (and there's no parking). Helen and the other nail technicians excel at their craft. They go above and beyond for their clients. The quality of the products they use is top-notch. Having been a nail technician myself, I know what to look for in terms of quality. There's always friendly banter, and the customer service is exceptional. While I usually have Helen attend to my nails, I've had sets done by others, and the results have always been fantastic. Nearly all of my friends and family now frequent this salon based on my recommendation.
