I recently indulged in a facial treatment at The Beauty Haven with Hannah, and it was truly the most serene and delightful experience I've ever had. Despite having visited upscale establishments in the past, this surpassed them all. I cannot speak highly enough of the service. Following this, I had a delightful pedicure with Molly, leaving my feet feeling soft and adorned with beautiful nails. Had a lovely experience at the Sapphire salon. I came in for a full body wax and I had Samira. She was very polite and so professional. She made me feel so relaxed during my treatment. Avoid this establishment at all costs! Terrible filler and the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had. No request for medical records, no cleaning of the injection area, and rushing through the procedure with another person present made me incredibly nervous. I experienced a panic attack during my first session due to the lack of communication about desired results. After waiting for 30 minutes, I now have uneven and incorrectly placed filler injected too deeply. When I politely asked for a resolution, she demanded more money to fix it and then blocked me on WhatsApp. The filler remains hard and painful two weeks later, with no response from her.
