This was an appalling ordeal. It took them 2 1/2 hours because they were juggling the nails of four different clients simultaneously, and the filing was so harsh that it caused pain! I requested gel nails, but they applied acrylic instead, and to top it off, the end result was ghastly. The nails are uneven and simply look repulsive. I cannot wait to have them removed by a competent professional! I wish I could award them less than one star. Christine worked her magic on my two daughters, aged 6 and 4, giving them a wonderful hair wash and cut. Her attention to detail was exceptional, especially with my youngest's first proper haircut. The thoughtful gesture of a certificate and locks of hair made the experience truly special. I highly recommend Christine and will definitely bring my girls back. Regrettably let down by gel nail extensions... staff appeared rushed due to being understaffed on treatment day.
Nails started lifting before the week ended, with two falling off completely. Reached out to express dissatisfaction and arrange removal but no response. By that point, two more had detached so I decided to remove the rest myself rather than return...
