Visited the salon just to experience an EIGHT HOUR disappointment. I was utterly irritated at the outcome of my hair and how it turned out. With light hair already, I requested a completely different look. Before my treatment, I showed the stylist the colour and highlights I desired to ensure she could achieve the result, however, my hair has no highlights at all and it appears as if I only have one colour all over which was definitely not what I requested.

I had my nails done today, and I must say, I'm not entirely satisfied with the outcome. While I do like the colour, having recently moved nearby the shop, I decided to give it a try. However, my fingers now feel uncomfortably heavy, almost as if they've been caught in a door. I suspect there may have been an excess of acrylic applied. I never encountered such issues when I went to Ruby Ru's for my nails. I believe I'll have to return to my previous salon in the future.

UPDATE: Two years later, still just as satisfied. This time, I opted for a hair colouring. Excellent service, fantastic outcome, and I noticed how attentive the stylists are to all their clients, regardless of age. Highly recommended.

I had my hair bleached and coloured, and the results were absolutely fantastic! The shade was stunning, and Tara was wonderful. She ensured my contentment at every stage, and the whole experience was superb.
