I had a dreadful experience at this nail salon yesterday. My friend and I both had manicures, and the results were abysmal. A toddler could have done a superior job. The technician seemed clueless and displayed unprofessional behaviour. My nails were utterly ruined, and to top it off, the gel polish peeled off within 24 hours. The staff were more interested in gossiping than providing proper service. I was charged £15 for the service, and on my return, I was questioned why we were back, with the explanation that my daughter was picking at her nails. While it's true that my daughter may have picked at them, when they came off the second time, I was right next to her and witnessed the entire nail coming off without her interference.
