I have been a patron of these individuals for years - not only are they fantastic and understanding (apologies for my tardiness!!!!) but they are also genuinely kind-hearted. I always depart with a stunning new set of acrylics, and Ryan and their spouse are incredibly welcoming - somehow recalling past designs I had years ago and wish to revisit, as well as remembering the various events I've attended since my last visit - resulting in a pleasant experience with a relaxed yet authentic flow of conversation. Hera is welcoming and amiable, and my time at this salon has been truly delightful. The hair colour turned out exactly as I had envisioned and I couldn't be happier! I also opt for regular threading and waxing, and the results are flawless every time. I always feel well taken care of, ensuring I don't experience any pain or discomfort, which I deeply appreciate. Been going to this park for a few months now, leaving a review as a parting visitor as I move elsewhere. Great service, great price, park always kept orderly and clean. Only downside: there is just one swing set. Really no need for so many slides, most aren't being used and that play area could be put to better use. I cannot stress enough how fantastic my experience with Kat was. I had fillers done by someone nearby a couple years ago - multiple times because they dissipated so quickly - and going to Kat was a completely different experience. I am quite heavily tattooed and I informed Kat before she administered the fillers that I'd rather endure 7 hours of getting a tattoo than 20 minutes of fillers because of how excruciating my previous experiences were. I experienced MINIMAL discomfort with Kat - NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE!! I am so pleased with the results, the procedure, the feel...it's absolutely worth visiting Kat for fillers. I experienced facial cupping for the first time, which was absolutely marvellous - combined with the gua sha it was both calming and effective. I requested a rather intricate colour known as Calico hair and she executed exactly what I envisioned, accustomed to working with rather 'unconventional' colours.
