I have been a patron of these individuals for years - not only are they fantastic and understanding (apologies for my tardiness!!!!) but they are also genuinely kind-hearted. I always depart with a stunning new set of acrylics, and Ryan and their spouse are incredibly welcoming - somehow recalling past designs I had years ago and wish to revisit, as well as remembering the various events I've attended since my last visit - resulting in a pleasant experience with a relaxed yet authentic flow of conversation. Naomi is truly exceptional at her craft!! They have mastered a fusion of techniques that work wonders for easing tension and relieving pain. In my personal experience, it's incredibly rare to encounter a massage therapist with such expertise in deep tissue work. Naomi is a warm and delightful individual with a wonderful sense of humour, and their studio exudes beauty and tranquillity. Incredible! My brother gifted me a voucher to see Sam for a facial, and I was amazed. I experienced facial cupping for the first time, which was absolutely marvellous - combined with the gua sha it was both calming and effective. Also, as someone with sensitive skin, I was so impressed with the “Ipsum” products used, I even purchased a facial oil for continued use. Hera is welcoming and amiable, and my time at this salon has been truly delightful. The hair colour turned out exactly as I had envisioned and I couldn't be happier!
