I reached out to Nicky at Aesthetics By AM in June 2022, when I initially required a Brazilian Waxing appointment. Before my first visit, while searching for a suitable clinic, I noticed that Aesthetics By AM had outstanding reviews on TreatwelI and Google, so I decided to make a booking with them.
I was not disappointed. Despite my initial doubts and concerns about the waxing, Nicky immediately reassured me and welcomed me into an incredibly beautiful, spotless, and professional environment (a great sign).
I felt genuinely cared for before, during, and after my treatment. I've been returning every 6-8 weeks ever since. Nicky is incredibly skilled at her craft, and I've been consistently delighted with the results.

Incredible service and delightful individuals. Hera is incredibly welcoming and amiable and excels in colouring. My hair was styled by Tammy who recently joined the team and she did a remarkable job. I requested a rather intricate colour known as Calico hair and she executed exactly what I envisioned, accustomed to working with rather 'unconventional' colours.
