I was not disappointed. Despite my initial doubts and concerns about the waxing, Nicky immediately reassured me and welcomed me into an incredibly beautiful, spotless, and professional environment (a great sign).
I felt genuinely cared for before, during, and after my treatment. I've been returning every 6-8 weeks ever since. Nicky is incredibly skilled at her craft, and I've been consistently delighted with the results.

I have been a patron of these individuals for years - not only are they fantastic and understanding (apologies for my tardiness!!!!) but they are also genuinely kind-hearted. I always depart with a stunning new set of acrylics, and Ryan and their spouse are incredibly welcoming - somehow recalling past designs I had years ago and wish to revisit, as well as remembering the various events I've attended since my last visit - resulting in a pleasant experience with a relaxed yet authentic flow of conversation.
