Scheduled a fitting months prior, greeted by a helpful and polite staff member. However, upon arrival for the fitting, the manager seemed unaware of our appointment and did not have the ordered suit available. No communication about the issue, just excuses blaming the supplier. Lacked apology and understanding, indicating a lack of reliability for the wedding attire. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They have created a space that is really fun for any child. My son is autistic and hates hair cuts, but Mandy is brilliant with him, so patient and somehow able to get his hair cut against all the odds! It is great to go somewhere that is so understanding and supportive.
