Vicky's honesty with advice is commendable, and I've had delightful experiences every time. The hair salon is conveniently located but tucked away in a charming alley, making it a bit hidden from the main thoroughfare. The ambiance in the alley gives off a restaurant vibe, adding to the overall experience. Nearby parking along the riverbank is a plus.
Inside, the salon is impeccably clean, warm, and well-lit. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of tea and received a fantastic curling treatment for my hair. Niki was attentive and took her time to ensure a job well done. The pricing was fair, and I wholeheartedly endorse this salon. The staff here is fantastic, the atmosphere is delightful, and I left with a fabulous haircut!

My mother's face was burnt during an eyebrow waxing session. A week later, she developed unsightly scabs on her brow bones, and her eyebrows are now completely uneven. Despite our attempts to reach out, the salon has ignored us, offering no solution apart from suggesting aloe vera. It was my 1st time getting a full set of acrylics and I’m really pleased with them. Lovely shape and the ombré is subtle. Even though I only come in for a yearly trim, I must say I was thoroughly impressed with everything. I usually dread getting my hair cut, but your team made it quick and easy for someone as indecisive as me! The cut was fantastic and done in no time, unlike other salons that seem to take forever.
