Went in today with a 4 inch beard for a trim, came out with a lop-sided, mis-shaped mess. Spent the next 2 hours at home with my husband trying to salvage something. My haircut with Theresa was not the greatest experience. I understand it was a late Friday appointment, but that is no excuse for being unprofessional. My hair was left uneven, with one side layered and the other not much 🤔. To make matters worse, she accidentally burnt my hair with the hairdryer and used a dirty hairbrush 🤢. She even cut my hair while another client was waiting with foils in her hair. I will not be returning.
