I have been a patron of Jo and some of the other stylists for over three decades, and I can confidently say that I have never left with anything less than a flawless hairstyle and colour. I constantly challenge Jo by switching between the most vibrant reds, dark browns, and blondes from one appointment to the next, yet she always manages to deliver with honesty and precision. Both ladies Shannon and Cathy are absolutely delightful.
Cathy attended to my 2 skin tags - the numbing made it painless, they both scabbed over and are expected to fall off in a few days.
As an added bonus, Shannon addressed a bothersome spot on my face that had lingered for a few months. She also alleviated my worries as I suspected it could be skin cancer. With her expertise, she confirmed it wasn't and treated it in one session using her Fibroblast. It scabbed over and I was assured it would disappear!
The establishment is very clean, organized and exudes professionalism.
