The team at Hands That Heal were incredibly welcoming. They took a thorough history and agreed on a treatment plan with exercises that were gentle on me. I underwent a series of sports massages on my upper arm, shoulder, and upper back.
In about 10 weeks, there has been a remarkable improvement in my movement and a reduction in pain.
