Absolutely exceptional from beginning to end! The team's wealth of experience and expertise is evident, but what truly distinguishes them is their professional pride, warmth, dedication to their craft, and clients. I had six moles removed from my face, one of which required a bit of follow-up, and Malcolm's and Helen's unwavering professionalism, along with their informative and friendly discussions about the process, made me completely at ease. The reception staff and the rest of the team are equally delightful, ensuring you feel welcomed and cared for the moment you walk in. Just completed a 5-week baby massage course with Vicki and it was absolutely wonderful. Vicki creates a welcoming environment that puts you at ease from start to finish. The setting is beautifully arranged with soft lighting, creating a serene atmosphere.
