Got waxing and brow shaping done here by Savi and she did a fantastic job, I'm really happy. I was quite anxious as I've never had threading done before but I'll definitely return. She made me feel at ease and guided me throughout. Had to wait 10 minutes as there were 2 people ahead of me. My experience at this salon was absolutely dreadful. The gel they used was of poor quality and emitted a foul odour throughout the place. I fail to comprehend why they would establish a store with such low standards. The excessive use of gel has left my nails damaged and I am unable to remove it. Furthermore, the staff engaged in gossiping about clients to each other, which is unprofessional. I purchased a Groupon Voucher for a package that included a conditioning treatment and haircut. Upon arrival, I received the haircut but not the conditioning treatment. To my surprise, when I inquired about it, the attendant requested an additional £80 on top of the Groupon price to receive the treatment that was supposed to be included. Additionally, after blow-drying my hair, an excessive amount of mousse was applied, leaving my hair looking greasy and unkempt. This forced me to return home to wash and restyle my hair, causing me to miss an important interview. This experience was highly disappointing and felt like a scam.
