The most unprofessional salon ever. Asked for balayage, got full bleach and colour without consent. Dealing with damaged hair now. Disgusted by the service, NOT recommended. Called to explain, but lady screamed and didn't listen. Asked for ash brown, got fading copper brown. Shocking and unhygienic. I recently visited the lotus centre and I must say, this salon is absolutely fantastic! After giving birth to my child, I experienced severe back pain. Jayne, the therapist who performed my massage, quickly pinpointed the source of my discomfort and worked her magic. I indulged in a 60-minute massage session with Jayne and it was truly remarkable. I left the salon feeling instantly rejuvenated and over the following days, I noticed significant improvements. I can now engage more actively with my child and my sleep has improved as well, as the back pain has subsided. Jayne is a delightful individual and I highly recommend her services. The house, gardens, and deer park are absolutely stunning. Although the house was closed due to Covid19, I hope to return soon. It's a great day out, especially if you have children. Seeing the wild deer up close was a fantastic experience. The cafe and gift shop are lovely, with very clean toilets. Online bookings are required, so be sure to check the website.
