I made an appointment for Microblading. I initially thought it might be as painful as some tattoos, but I was pleasantly surprised. Chandelle was incredibly soothing and guided me through the entire process, providing detailed explanations. In just 90 minutes, it was all done. I was amazed by how painless it was and how beautifully my brows turned out! I'm absolutely in love with them and wish I had done this sooner. I received a lovely care package to take home and a comprehensive care plan to follow. Very professional, calming, and worth every penny. The elderly gentleman in the store was extremely rough with my nails and cuticles, causing me to bleed. 7 out of 10 fingers were left red and sore. Despite my feedback about his roughness, he disregarded it. He did notice the bleeding but used acrylic to cover it up. Additionally, he neglected to clean the excess acrylic around my cuticles, leaving my fingers feeling uncomfortable, uneven, and unclean. Had a very negative experience here, especially considering the £40 charge.
