Extremely disappointing service. We had booked an appointment online, but upon arrival, the stylist claimed she hadn't received it on her phone, despite it being in their system. She then asked another woman to go on lunch break and then told her she was too busy and would have to attend to us after lunch. She instructed us to return in 20 minutes, which was impossible as we had to pick up my son from school. Her dismissive attitude and lack of understanding were very off-putting. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found another salon in Banstead (Charlie Brown) where we received excellent service at the same price.
