I have recently finished a program with Kate at the PMU Academy. Kate is very approachable and makes you feel at ease and well supported throughout the course. I felt comfortable asking any queries. Her teaching was easy to follow, she is highly knowledgeable and thorough, and she actively demonstrates techniques. My visit was dreadful, the lack of customer care was astonishing. I can't fathom how that establishment stays in business! My heart goes out to the employees who have to endure working under such a horrid boss. No charm, no communication skills, and incredibly rude to clients. I strongly advise staying far away. As a professional myself, I would never dream of treating anyone the way she treated me today. The team is consistently warm and always succeeds in making my visits comfortable. I never seek services elsewhere. I always make an effort to schedule appointments with the same individuals who work there as they make me feel like we are friends having a casual chat.
