I've been a regular at this salon for a few years now and my hair is in amazing condition. The stylist always gets my cut just right, they really listen to what I want. Their expertise with Aveda products is what initially drew me in, plus a friend recommended them to me.
Visiting this salon was the best decision I made. My hair was a disaster before, with a bad cut and over-processed from another place. They've completely turned it around and I'm so happy with how it looks now. They consistently do a fantastic job. Lyndsey is so professional and knowledgeable. You had to fill in and sign consent form stating any health issues which I liked as it shows how professional her practice is. She went through everything from keeping piercing clean to what to do if infection did occur. The place was hygienic and clean. Lyndsey is lovely and so reassuring. I had reserved a hair appointment for a family wedding just 2 days away.
I had made this booking over 3 months ago and had even visited for trims in between.
Upon arrival today, they informed me they couldn't accommodate me.
No suggestions or assistance were offered.

Rachel is a delight to converse with, and we always share a laugh, yet I can see she remains focused on her hairdressing; she is highly skilled and effective. The salon is impeccably clean, all the staff are very amiable, and appear genuinely content to be working. The background music is just right for comfortable conversation without being intrusive. It's a serene environment, and I thoroughly enjoy my visits.
