I've frequented this place for a few years now, and each time I depart with stunning nails - the team is incredibly skilled, the manicures endure for a remarkably long time (I work in farming/have horses and I've only had one mishap), and they're exceptionally kind - though the wait times can be extensive, it's absolutely worth it, and the team goes the extra mile to ensure the experience is flawless and the clients are content! I've undergone tattoo removal procedures 4 times now. Each session has been fantastic. Given that I have a half sleeve, the process typically lasts around an hour to an hour and a half. With each subsequent treatment, the power level needs to be increased slightly, and since there's a time constraint on the equipment, I can either wait for a brief period to complete the session or return the following day. However, the technician always accommodates my needs. She is very amiable, and our conversations during the procedure make the time fly by. If I opt to wait, I always receive a comforting cup of tea.
